Acceptance of the Agenda: Motion by Emmett Godin Sr. and seconded by Robert Jones. 

Reading and approval of Minutes of Sept. 7, 2003. 

Motion to accept the Minutes as read.

  Motion to close Logo Contest on Dec 31. 2003

Motion to charge $10.00 Fee for ID cards and replacements  

            Motion by – Tom Godin Sr.

            Seconded by – Jim Lukus

Motion to reduce age of elder recognition to 55 years of age.

            Seconded by – Mike Traversey

Motion to Ban smoking at all AGGLFN Meetings

Motion to Enforce Tagging System

Motion to allow Elders to instruct Chief to cancel ID cards.

Motion to include all Spouses in Community & Cultural events immediately

50/50 Draw  

There was $96.00 taken in by the draw.

Ed Lukus won the 50/50 draw of $48.00 and donated back $25.00.

$20.00 was donated to the Ladies Auxiliary.  

Next meeting to be held at the Petawawa Legion Hall Jan 25/04 at 2:00 p.m.

Chair and Council will meet at 1:00 p.m., same date, same place.
