Many Lost
Algonquins!
This is a matter of great concern by your local council. Currently there
are 216 mail returns on the list of the Algonquins of Greater Golden Lake (Our
Adult membership is currently 1685).
We ask that all Algonquins check with their Algonquin relatives and ensure that
they are receiving their mail from us. If they are not getting mail from us,
we probably do not have their current mailing address. We seek the help of
the entire community. Please forward any new addresses to our office in
Killaloe. (613) 757-0765.
The following five pages are the "Terms
of Reference" (TOR) that will further guide the Algonquin Negotiation
Representatives "ANR's" during the negotiation process.
Meegweetch,
Chief Patrick Glassford,
On behalf of the Algonquins
of Greater Golden Lake First Nation.
PS- Please Note – Only one copy of this newsletter has been mailed out per
household.
